With the help of our amazing best friends who agreed to deliver our treats, we were able to participate in December’s SF Vegan Bakesale and get hitched at the same time! Literally.
After months of experimenting and watching our asses get fatter, we finally decided to let the cat out of the bag. We agreed that our wedding day was the perfect day to unveil 4 of our 30 brand new, top secret, signature flavors!
Selling at $5 a pop (thanks SF Vegan Bakesale!) our Rocky Road, Blueberry, Chocolate Peanut Butter & Pumpkin Cream Cheeze cinnamon rolls were a HUGE hit! Our team reported all 4 dozen gone within 10-15 minutes! WTF?! Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy.
Thanks to everyone who shelled out the funds. Not only did it make us feel extra awesome but it also helped raise a whopping $4,200 for SaveABunny & the Food Empowerment Project.You guys kick so much ass!
Word has it that the lovely ladies from Fat Bottom Bakery are starting an East Bay Vegan Bakesale in January! HELLS TO THE YES. We’re all over that. East Bay Pride, whaaaaat?! We’re super stoked and you should be too. More details on all that noise later though.
Overall it was an amazing day. Bunnies were saved, amazing vegan food was consumed and I locked down one incredibly sexy German.
